Interactive Telephone Training
Telephone
Training is an affordable way to train new
TrialWorks users, or current TrialWorks
users that need a refresher course in
TrialWorks or, to enhance employee skills by
interactive training on certain new features
that become available with upgrades or
integrated add-in software.
Telephone
Training should not be used as a
substitution to regular training, but is a
great way for you and your staff to learn
the skills necessary to operate efficiently.
At the same time, it is an affordable
solution to learning new money and time
saving skills, such as template and report
creation, litigation fast-track trial
notebook creation and other trial/discovery
intense functions
Telephone
training is charged at an hourly rate. There
are no other costs associated with telephone
training. The only requirements are access
to the internet, the capability of remote
assistance and, either a headset or speaker
phone. You will need no software, other than
a connection to the internet (either via
modem or Fast Access) and a web browser. You
don't even need to have TrialWorks
installed!
The typical
telephone/online interactive training is
usually 4-6 hours. That time is scheduled in
1.5hr. time increments. The sessions are
limited to this time frame to give the
student time to assimilate the information
more comprehensively as well as limiting the
impact upon the firms’ and employees’ work
day. It also gives the student an
opportunity to put to use the information
obtained in the first session. Thus, giving
the student a basis from which to ask any
questions they may have prior to the next
session.
Interactive
training is live training with a TrialWorks
trainer. Your employee is connected to the
trainer in two ways.

The first
is by remote assistance desktop
connection whereby both the trainer and
the student watch and participate in the
training session in progress. At any
time, either the student or trainer can
operate the TrialWorks program by using
the mouse and keyboard at each of their
respective work stations.

Secondly,
they are connected to each other live
via telephone.
For the first
time TrialWorks user, an interactive
training session follows a comprehensive
curriculum outline that gives the user a
working knowledge of the TrialWorks screens,
menus and functions .
The following sessions, start with a brief
review of the previous sessions, a question
and answer period and comprehensive training
on the remaining TrialWorks functions not
previously covered.
Telephone/Interactive Web Training is also
available for more specific training needs
such as TrialWorks Refresher Courses,
Template Creation, Report Preparation, Trial
Preparation, Medi-Connect and ELaw, etc.
respectively. These sessions are available
in 1 – 1.5 hrs. increments as your needs

The training curriculum outlined here is
designed assuming that users are already
capable of using Microsoft Word® or
WordPerfect®
