Onsite Training: Learn at Your Office
The
TrialWorks Onsite Training option is the
flagship educational service offered by
Lawex. It is the most comprehensive
and adaptable method of implementing
TrialWorks products in your office. As
is the hallmark of TrialWorks training, the
format is not “written in stone,” and
TrialWorks instructors are well known for
their abilities to adapt training to the
wants and needs of individual firms.
Onsite
training is typically divided in to
classroom type sessions and then individual
one-on-one training. The classroom
sessions are effective in teaching a small
group of users the basic and advanced
features of the software. During the
class-room time the trainer has the
opportunity to monitor students' progress
and adjust the plan to fit the curriculum to
make sure everyone benefits.
The sessions
are then followed by one-on-one hands-on
work with users, enabling the trainer to
easily adapt instruction according to the
student’s individual needs, skill level, and
job description.
TrialWorks is
confident that after the intense training
program that we have developed, your firm
will have a strong understanding of the
important functions of TrialWorks.
Small and large firms can benefit from
onsite training as costs are calculated on
per-day basis. The customer covers all
travel expenses and the daily fee. The
general rule of thumb is 1 day of training
for every group of 6 employees.
Although minimum of two days onsite are
always recommended, there are numerous
factors that determine the individual
recommended time for your firm.
What is Covered in TrialWorks
