However certain firms have specialized needs or procedures that Lawex can accommodate by custom programming and customization of TrialWorks. Customers interested in customization first speak with our case management specialists to see if current functionality and minor procedural changes are sufficient to fulfill the customer's needs.
TrialWorks functionality allows us to publish customizations with the subsequent(s) upgrade, generally 1-3 months, to TrialWorks but make the specialized changes available only to the customer who requested them.
