Robb, Patrice and Tracee,
 
I wanted to write you a quick note about the excellent people who have worked with us in getting TrialWorks up and running at our new office. 
 


Paola was a delight to work with in getting data transferred over and setting up the program to meet our needs.  She made sure to keep me on track, and made sure I got the things done that I needed to do. 
 


Krizia was persistent – she chased me down to get all of the paperwork done – always with good humor.
 


Eric was great in walking us through the administrative training and also in training our people in the office.  He continues to be an excellent resource.
 


Last, but certainly not least, David has been responsive, reliable and most importantly, effective at handling our technical issues – including diplomatically addressing our occasional “user errors.”
 


Each of these individuals, and the others I have worked with, have been pleasant to speak to, helpful and prompt – not to mention enthusiastic.  They worked hard to get our hosted environment and TW together on time and on budget – which is saying a lot these days.  While we still have a ways to go in getting the full benefits of TrialWorks, it is nice to know (and essential) that you have an excellent staff to support us.
 


Tracee – a special thank you to you for sticking with Steve and me.  I’m not sure, but this may be the 6th or 7th “anniversary” of when we first met at DRI Products.
