Receive new client calls & faxes: We have a dedicated staff here at Manthan,
who call clients, hospitals and other required personnel and update the database
in TrialWorks.
Update database with new client information: Manthan can help the law firm to
manage and update their database by entering new matters into TrialWorks using
New Case Wizard. This task would include entering information into the Client
form, Other Party form and Case Information form.
Welcome calls & initial correspondence: Manthan
can generate and prepare initial
correspondences like the client welcome
letter and subrogation letters

2: Information & Records:
Obtain personal history, records & Case details from the client.
Add medical information and new visits to providers.
Request, summarize & timeline medical records: Manthan can generate manual and
online medical records requests, prepare summaries and timeline of the medical
records, and track medical expenses in a specific case by using the Medical tab
in TrialWorks.

3: Settlement & Pleadings
Draft demands for settlement: Manthan can prepare
demands for settlement in a specific case.
Assemble documents & create exhibits.
Draft complaints & answers: Manthan can create, edit, remove or calendar
pleadings in a case by working with the Pleadings tab in TrialWorks.

4: Discovery & Evidence:
Requesting & responding to admissions, interrogatories & production of
documents: Manthan can prepare and respond to documents like interrogatories,
expert witness disclosures and requests for production of documents.
Organizing documents: We can also rename files and import them directly into the
relevant TrialWorks cases and tabs by using FileIt.
Prepare questions for deposition: Manthan can help the law firm with the
laborious task of reviewing case files and preparing deposition questions.
Summarize depositions: On the receipt of the deposition transcript, Manthan’s
team of paralegals synopsizes the depositions.

5: Pre-trial/Trial:
Draft pre-trial motions, motion in limine, and
motions for summary judgment: Manthan’s team of
attorneys can provide legal services by drafting
motion papers, responses to motions, and motion
hearing notices.
Draft pre-trial brief.
Draft trial subpoenas.
Draft appellate briefs and exhibits.
Legal research using Westlaw, Lexis & drafting memos: Manthan’s team of
attorneys is trained on legal research using Westlaw and Lexis. The research
documents are maintained by using the Research tab in TrialWorks.
Manthan's Other Services
Manthan can help firms monitor the case cycle by transferring docketable
items/entries to the TrialWorks Docket and calendaring into Microsoft Outlook.
By docketing and calendaring events in a case cycle, such as hearings,
depositions and follow-ups, we simplify the task of monitoring deadlines in a
specific case.
Manthan offers billing support to law firms. They can help the law firm track
the costs in a case by using the Costs tab in TrialWorks and by generating
reports.
